Basically CargoCap only takes on the transport of goods. Because this service is a necessary part of most of the logistic offers CargoCap can be employed for accordingly many purposes. In this connection an above-average logistic quality including transport quality is required by the forwarding sector especially for high-quality goods. CargoCap fulfils this quality like no other transport system. CargoCap can in this connection be used for inner- and inter-plant logistics supply chains.

Efficiency within the closed system
The quality and reliability of the inner-plant logistics are - especially within the production sector - an essential precondition for the economical productivity and efficiency. Delays have far reaching consequences, so that under certain circumstances several local warehouses are supposed to prevent interruption of production. That is especially the case for businesses with several separated business sites that are only connected by classic traffic systems.

Here CargoCap is able to improve the transportation processes as a part of business specified logistics and decreases the necessity of several parallel warehouses with corresponding costs for stockkeeping. In addition new enterprises can be opened under retention of the inner-plant quality of logistics and so the "workbenches" can be expanded.

Furthermore, the new transport system gives the opportunity to find a standardised and practically orientated solution that connects the public- and private-law questions of the planning and logistics links on the scope of inner-plant use.

Added value within the open system
The economic advantages of the specialisation of single enterprises and the outsourcing of production units can only be mobilised if the flow of goods is provided safely between the steps of value added (B2B). At the same time the flexibility concerning reactions on customer requests is becoming a more and more deciding factor of success for the turnover (B2C).

Due to its independence from other traffic systems and the weather CargoCap is able to deliver goods on time, so to speak precisely on the minute. Also smaller consignments can be transported to competitive prices. For retail customers as well as consumers new services like external stockkeeping, picking, automated ordering systems, subcontracting and finally the disposal of packing materials can be offered due to the connection of urban areas. Delivery time slots can be avoided by individualised transports and alternative ways of delivery like, for example electric wagons and manually operated delivery.

Continuative logistics
As soon as the goods packed on pallets have arrived at their final destination the Caps are automatically unloaded by ordinary pallet-handling machines. Further transport is provided by proven vertical and horizontal conveyors as tracked conveyor belts, castor tracks with turntables or shifting cars. Vertical conveyors are employed to bring the pallets, that have been unloaded in the underground, to the surface of the site.

The unloading stations themselves can be planned and executed according to the needs of the customers. Here several concepts can be carried out:

• Unloading station at the surface of the site, where the Caps are lead through transportation pipes right up to the surface, if possible with a connection to a high bay warehouse
• Underground delivery to a single consumer with completed delivery via vertical conveyors
• Underground delivery to an industrial estate or a business centre via a further underground distribution level on which a dispersion is provided by usual conveyors. In this connection also so-called driverless transport systems, that have been employed sucessfully for many logistic tasks, can be used.
